Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:
The paper must present original, unpublished research work focused on one of the conference themes.
Authors are accountable for ensuring the originality, validity and integrity of the content in their submissions.They have to make sure that their contributions don't conflict with any previously published work or work that has been concurrently submitted to other conferences or publications.
Before submitting their papers, authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read the conference publishing ethics standards regarding plagiarism.
Ensure the paper has been carefully reviewed for typographical, grammatical, and spelling mistakes. High levels of linguistic clarity are anticipated. The journal may reject the work outright if there are any disagreements about the language quality.
Each paper must include an abstract which should be a concise summary of the research, including the objective, methodology, key results, conclusions and 5-6 keywords, written in 150-250 words without references, figures, or tables.
The maximum length for a manuscript is six pages. The given template, which may be found on the conference website, must be followed for formatting manuscripts.
Each figure, table, graph, plotor image in the manuscript must not be in pictorial/image format and it should be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1) and referenced at the appropriate point in the text and ensure that all figures, tables, and images must be at least 300 DPI or more (dots per inch) to ensure clarity and detail are preserved in print and online formats.
Every mathematical equation must be made in a math editor and must not be provided as images.
The manuscript must correctly cite all reference numbers and citations. The reference list should contain all of the sources that are cited in the article, and vice versa.
To ensure their high caliber, every manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review procedure. Manuscripts are selected or rejected for publication based on the reviewers' remarks, suggestions and feedback.
Publication Ethics
The authors should abide to the publication ethics guidelines mentioned below before submitting the paperand ensure their work complies with the highest standards of academic integrity.
The manuscript's plagiarism ratio must be under 10% in Turnitin Software, with no AI-generated content. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected.
A plagiarism check should be carried out by the author prior to the submission. Authors are required to submit their own plagiarism report, as the scan will be done on our end.
